EXCEL1: Macro to change sheet manes and Dates on each sheet

I have a workbook with 31 sheets for August, each representing the day of the month, e.g Sheet 1=1 August till 31 August.
On each sheet under column CK starting from cell 26 to cell 56 represents each day as 1-Aug.

I need a macro that would change the dates on each sheet from cell CK26 to CK56 as 1-Sep to 30-Sep AND also change the names of the sheets to 1 September till 30 September and so on.
