I have an excel Table ranging from A1:N54 with Columns D, I and N hidden.

I want this chart to be pasted on a powerpoint slide for presentation with the exact format.

Is there a way to do it?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Highlight your table. Hold down Ctrl. Go to 'Edit' - select Copy as Picture. Select either Picture or Bitmap.

Paste onto your slide.

This will effectively paste your table as a picture - formatting as on screen.

When I go to 'EDIT', I do not have an option in the drop down list to copy as picture. I am using Excel 2003. So how do I proceed further.

Thanks

Sorry - my mistake.

Press and hold "Shift" instead of Cntrl.

Let me know if this works for you.

Thanks tbablue,

It works and the result is better if 'copy as bitmap' is selected and pasted to the PPT slide instead of copy as picture.
