Excel_VbaTable fill if empty

Hi there,

i ve a table in excel and i want to fill 2 columns afters export(i ve already the right code).
i wan t fill column 4 and 5 with Text 'Sent' and now() date if null (means not sent yet)

i already filter in vba and also know that it´s colmn 26 and 27. i already search for some code that could help me get there but all i see is related to cells RC. not to a table.
ActiveSheet.ListObjects("Tbl_Consumos").Range.AutoFilter Field:=26, Criteria1:="="
