I am new to this, sorry if I am treading on toes.
I have an Excel 2000 problem – can anyone help solve it?
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
Clearly the individual elements are easily accomplished as separate formulae but to link them all into one formula is sadly beyond me.
<o></o>
I want to put the following into cell F1
<o></o>
if A1 = "ERIC" then create an empty (blank) cell in F1– even if C2 has a value.<o></o>
if A1 = contains any other value, then let C2 +1<o></o>
if both A1 and C2 are empty then leave cell F1 empty
