Good afternoon,

I am trying to exclude all empty cells from my sheet, but I cannot find a way to do it other than to exclude them one by one. I am trying to make this:

To turn into this:

Does anyone know a way to do it?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Highlight the range (A1:K5) then use goto special (CTRL + G) and click on Special button... then choose the radio button "Blanks". Now right click on one of the cells that are selected and choose delete. When prompted choose shift cells left.

Good luck,

CN.
