Sweet thanks mann! Another quick ?, my employer just now told me that I needed to exclude certain values in the table im working in. The columns that hold the values that im suppose to exclude in my report are as follows: id, lotNumber, and Meter Serial Number.Ive never tried to exclude certain values in a table im querying in. The only way I can think of it working correctly is to query for the values i need to exclude then subtract that total from my total gallons metered value. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance mate!

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
I moved your latest question into its own thread, as unless the question is directly related or dependent upon the previous answer, new questions should have new threads (so they will appear unanswered to other members).

You can exclude values in criteria. For example, if you want to exclude values that do not equal 10, that criteria would look like this:
Code:
<>10
For multiple fields, just add on your exclusions on the same line under each field you are applying the criteria (same line means treat it as an "AND" condition, separate lines means an "OR" condition).

If your issue is a bit more complex, it may be helpful for post a small sample/example.
