What kind of commands do you need to include in a macro to specify that if today=sunday, then do not perform macro and exit file and excel?

Help appreciated!

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
