I am currently working on a code that expands only the filtered (visible) groups in my worksheet. The only command I've found is using the outline number, but this expands everything on the sheet, even the stuff I've already filtered out. How do I force excel to expand only what's shown?

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying

the filter basically just hides what you do not want to see. If you want to work with what you see, without affecting any of the other data, you would need to copy the visible data to a different range on that sheet or to a new sheet where you can manipulate it, add or delete columns and rows without affecting the original UsedRange.
