how to make command button active basing on 2 cells value.

if only both the cells are active then the command button should be active if not it should be deactive.

I have 2 command buttons in the sheet for both I have the command button I want to keep common cells.

if the 2 cells( common cells ) are active then both the command button should be active or else it should be inactive.
