Explanding vlookup command to multiple cells

when it use the command =VLOOKUP(B10,Sheet2!B3:C16,2,0) this works fine for the cell it is intended. but when i want to expand the command down by 20 cells (to b30) i need the B3:C16 part of the command to remain static instead of incrementing as i drag it down the list. Any Ideas. Thanks in advance. Jim

Do i try this in the first cell then expand this down? instead of using my current command?
