I have a situation where I have 458000 rows of data in Access database that I need to export to Excel for pivot table analysis.

Question:
How to separate my 458000 records into 65000 records each so that I can export them into Excel directly ?

Thanks for your help

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Why can't you do the analysis in Access?

Perhaps using crosstab queries, or even Access' own pivot tables?

Why don't you just use Excel's 'Import External Data' function and create a Pivot Table in Excel based on the Table/Query in Access?

Just a thought...
