I have a tool made around MS access and VBA. It is basically a report generating tool. When I export the records resulted from a query to excel spreadsheet, the time stamp does not show in excel, Excel just shows the Date. The date and timestamp format is not kep in the excel. I would appreciate if any one could provide solution for this issue.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Hello & Welcome

You can simply custom format the cells in Excel

Select the column > Format > Cells > Time

Select the format you require

Thanks for the reply, is there a way to programitically change the format of excel column before exporting the records to it. When I export the file to excel it should just display Date and Time as well without me doing any modifications to format of cells.

You could change the raw SQL in the query? (if you know how)
