Export data into word in a defined format

Hi,

I'm trying to export a large dataset into Word and I don't know how to go about doing so.

Example -

Fruit
Q1
Q2
Q3Q4Q5
Apple
Respose1Response2
Response3Response4Response5
Pear
Respose1Response2
Response3Response4Response5
Banana
Respose1Response2
Response3
Response4Response5
Peach
Respose1
Response2
Response3
Response4
Response5

</tbody>
I need the data to be presented in this format -

Apple

Q1

Response1

Q2
Respose2

...

etc

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
