Export Excel data range to Outlook contacts

I have a Data base of contacts in excel in rows for each contact.

I wish to try and write a macro that will enable the range (A6:AT10000) so that each row on excel will create a new contact in Excel and update any duplicates with new infomation.

Any help on how do this would be appreciated.

I know how it is done manually, but I would like to try and achieve the process automated from one click of a button on excel.
