Hello

I have made a data table for ongoing projects called Pågående" where i list things that i currently work on.
The data table ranges from E7:J34 including headlines.

I have also made a data table on the same sheet where i want to store finished projects. This table ranges E41:J500 including headlines.
Both tables share the same headlines. Week, Description, Pieces, Mark, Project number and Date.

I want to leave the cell values for Date empty so that when I finish a project I can enter the date there. I then want all the rows with a date entered
to be automatically transferred from the first table to the second table. This function should also be connected to the green button that I've made.

In the example I've made here Excel should automatically detect that there is a value in J8 and move the entire row E8:J8 to the second table.
It would be beneficial if it's not locked to a date function. That way I could easily use this document for other applications.

Also, note that both fields are formatted as data tables. The blue one is called "Pågående" and the green one is called "Arkiverat"

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
