Export Outlook Calendar Information

Hi,
In Outlook by using the menus you can export calendar information to a file usable by Excel.

Unlike other Microsoft Office products there isn't a way in Outlook to record actions and produce a macro, so if there's anybody out there who can provide me with suitable VB/VBA to do this, or at least point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.
