Export specific information from a column of words and arrange specific words in specific columns

Hello, everyone,
I'm looking for some help from you, because believe me I tried everything, but I can't find a way to transfer specific information from column B2: B, with specific search words from the same column to be arranged in separate other columns.
I will attach a small part of all this "mess" and I really hope someone will be able to help me.
I currently use several types of formulas, just to come up with a solution, and it works, but it's terribly time consuming.
I'm also thinking of a macro to automate things, as long as the desired result of the example I'm attaching can be achieved.

Hello,
please if there is something that is not clear - ask me.
Columns D1 to H1 are the words I am looking for in column B2:B, for each person.
And if the person works in more than one place, I order him in all these places, there can be several people who work at the same address - then the address is the same and I put people against the address.
