Exporting Colored Data Cells from Internet to Excel?

This data is on a website, and it has no export button, and as you can notice, the colors have a meaning separate of the data itself. Do you know how to export this data WITH the colored cell backgrounds from the internet to an excel document? Thanks in advance! A preview of the data is below:

In Excel 2003 choose Data|Import External Data|New Web Query. In Excel 2007 and above choose From Web on the Data tab.
