exporting date to excel

Hi

Does anyone know why when you export £ from a database excel shows it as a "u" with an apostrophy?

Back into an answer in Excel
Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
Sort by date Sort by votes
Check the font name.. It could be some symbol from other font names.
Ex. you want to show a inverted triangle I type 'q' and change the font name into wingdings 3
