I am exporting Excel charts to PowerPoint - The upper right section with the, % of Pre-COVID, the green arrow, and the Pre-Covid 325, are in a text box. The green arrow is inserted and won't export to the PowerPoint Slide. The items in the text boxes are exporting to PowerPoint for all but 6 tabs at the end of the workbook and I don't see any difference in the charts. I have checked to make sure the text boxes are in the chart - they are - but beyond that I don't understand why they aren't exporting like the other tabs - can anyone help? The first one shown works, then second chart doesn't export the text boxes (graph exports fine). Thank you!

This exports everything except the green arrow (it is an inserted shape)

This does not Export the (93% of Pre-COVID), (Green Arrow), or (Pre-COVID 1,857) Text Boxes?

Have you manually put the green arrow and text boxes in, or is it already part of the graph?

They are in the graph and an inserted shape.

Have you tried to Ctrl+Click on the Shape and Graph to combine the 'copy function'.

1. Click on the Graph - You should see the shape box around it
2. While the shape on the graph is still highlighted, press Ctrl+Click the inserted shape, you should now see both items with 'shape' boxes around them.
3. Right click and copy
4. Right Click on your PPT and Paste

Should work... I just tried it on mine. :)

Got it thank you, and it worked. Do you know how to keep the same graph colors and objects when exporting? The green arrow turns grey and the orange chart line turns green.

When you paste select the option to 'Keep Source Formatting', that should help.

When you hover over it, should say 'Keep Source Formatting'

Show the code, and someone may be able to adjust it for you.
