Exporting Word Data into Excel

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to export data input into a MS Word form template into an Excel spreadsheet?

If its possible, how do I go about doing it?

It would be similar to filling formfields from Excel data if formfield data is what you need. Bookmarks are good ways to sync the two applications. Tables are more difficult.
