Hi,

I have a table that is updated when an order is paced in a form. All of my tables have the appropriate relationship link. Due to an order being an individual record, the same item can be ordered many times by different people. I have 20+ items that could be ordered, all with their own individual ID number, so what i would like to do is run a query and/or make a calculated field to add together the quantity ordered of the records with matching ID numbers. For example, 5 individual customers order 2 of product A, I would like to be able to add the quantity ordered together based on their ID code so the total ordered for product A in the summary table becomes 10.

Thanks in advance,

Heyyouyesyounonotyouyou
