External Data Link Missing

I have a spreadsheet with 4 tabs. Each tab is linked to an external data source. When I open the spreadsheet all of the queries successfully update. However, when another person opens the spreadsheet 1 of the tabs the external data source is missing? Why is this occurring and what has to be done to fix?

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
