I have an Excel spreadsheet that is 24 pages; however it shows that there are 31 pages in the document. I have tried deleting 1,000's of rows to eliminate pages that might have something on them that I'm not seeing; the same with columns to the right of my document. It still shows that there are 31 pages there.

Any help to eliminate these phantom pages?

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
When you say you have 24 pages do you mean 24 worksheets? Have you defined the print area on each sheet? Does the information you wnat to print on each worksheet fit on one page? Try viewing in page break view and this should give you some idea of what the computer is actually trying to print.

Try selecting all sheets (right click on a worksheet tab) and then go to page set up and use the "fit to" selections to fit each worksheet to one page.
