Extract cell reference from formula

I have a cell reference "=H47" as a formula in a cell F11. This refers to some data in a table below and reproduces the name of a person in cell H47. In cell F12 I want to put the phone number from cell H49 (two cells over from the name). How do I extract the "H47" from the formula in cell F11 so I can add two to make H49 and paste it in cell F12 as "=H49"?? I want to do this, so that I can simply substitute a different name in the table into cell F11 (say =J47) and have the phone number automatically switch to J49 so it relates to the new name. Or can I only do this through VB or a macro? Thanks

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Hi and Welcome to the Board,

Have you considered using a lookup formula in F12? (perhaps Vlookup or Index-Match)

That would be a simpler and more conventional approach to looking up a phone number associated with a name.
