extract data from cell

Hi People

I need some help in getting data from cell, cell looks somethin like this

Local Account0000100233-0000010000 0.000 -1721.75

Now i need to extract all data appearing after "Account" and before "-" ie in this case 0000100233.

can someone please suggest a formula.

Dont suggest more func please I cant use that.......

Please if some one can help urgently i wd really appreciate that.
