Hi,

Needing some help to extract data from website to an excel spread sheet.

Nutshell - work folder gets a mail every few minutes (automated) and at the end of day someone would need to go manually one by one to input data in a new sheet (there is a hyperlink on the mail that provides a report with info). Info structure is always the same. I am able with 'Get Data - Exchange' to load all the hyperlink from these automated emails in an excel sheet (Sheet1 A2) - all I want it to do now is press a button and a macro goes through the list one by one and extract all the data from each mail to Sheet2 - A2 (row by row for each mail accordinlgy)

From there on I can filter and text to filter accordingly to take the info I need.

Many Thanks,

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
