How can I extract the following (Title, Abstracts and Claims) from an XML file and paste the values to excel?

This worked for me. I wrote the xml into a file to test the code. Try like this first.

How I tested

Opened the Notepad and copied there all the full XML text that you posted at the end of your post.
Deleted from the code:

<!DOCTYPE tsip SYSTEM "../dtd/cXml.dtd">

because I don't have the dtd's and also I don't need them for the test.
Saved the file as text.xml in C:\tmp
