Extract Text (Date) from cell wen specific text found in that cell

What I would like to do is if in a cell it finds particular text (in this case "IN CONFIGURATION", to the left (38 characters before is a date is the form of 22/10/2021). What I would like to do is if that text is found, then to extract the date.
