Have you tried using a filter or more appropriately an advanced filter to copy the rows that meet a certain criteria to a different location

Thanks for the help

I can filter on the same sheet using advanced filter, but when I try to copy another location say to sheet2, it does not allow me to. Do I have to use the same sheet when using advanced filter to copy to another ?location

No you don't

The trick is to start the advanced filter from the sheet where the result will be pasted rather than the sheet that has the raw data

e.g if raw data is in Sheet1 and you want to copy to sheet2, then, go to sheet2 first, and from there, start the advanced filter and pick the necessary ranges. That's how it works
