extracting data from custom outlook forms to excel?

Hi

I've done some preliminary research on this site and others, about this issue of creating a custom outlook form, which is great and works, however, once your receive this data, is there a tried and true way to extract it wtih a macro script to dump into excel... (would kinda save a lot of time re typing it in !)
