Extracting data out of a sheet with varying lenght columns

Ok, I think I have a tricky one here because I have looked and looked and cannot find an answer. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but hear me out.

I have an excel file that is updated daily with new data. The new data simply overwrites the existing file. The amount of rows changes every time. The rest of the format remains the same. I am pulling the data from this file after it has been updated.

What I need to do is have code that locates the end of the data and somehow tells me what row that is in. I am having trouble figuring out how to write it so it will find the last row of data (remember it changes every time the file is updated. One day I'll have 30 rows of data and the next will be 200).

I will then be using the numerical data in those columns to create graphs. What happens now is that the graph includes all the additional cells that have 0's which throws the whole thing off. I cannot change that it imports the 0's, as I do not have write access to the original files.

Here is an example of what I import:

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 139pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=185><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 45pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 2194" width=60><COL style="WIDTH: 94pt; Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Hi & Welcome to the Board,

Can you not just do a find & replace for all cells that contain just "0"s and replace with nothing or will this impact on your data??

The goal is to have it setup where I don't have to manually do anything. I want it to do it automatically. And yes, there are cells that have 0's, that if replaced, would mess up allot of stuff.

I wish there was a function for find and replace, but I still don't think that would solve my problem.
