Hi Guys,

How do i extract the 2,4,6 8 etc... from a given string

i.e

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=64 border=0><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 48pt" width=64><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD class=xl63 style="BORDER-RIGHT: #f0f0f0; BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0; BORDER-LEFT: #f0f0f0; WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0; HEIGHT: 15pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=64 height=20>almopljk</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

result should be

<TABLE style="WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-COLLAPSE: collapse" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width=64 border=0><COLGROUP><COL style="WIDTH: 48pt" width=64><TBODY><TR style="HEIGHT: 15pt" height=20><TD style="BORDER-RIGHT: #f0f0f0; BORDER-TOP: #f0f0f0; BORDER-LEFT: #f0f0f0; WIDTH: 48pt; BORDER-BOTTOM: #f0f0f0; HEIGHT: 15pt; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent" width=64 height=20>lolk</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Don't think you can do this with native functions. Try this UDF:

Code:
Function Ex(r As Range)
Dim i As Integer
Dim s As String
For i = 2 To Len(r) Step 2
    Ex = Ex & Mid(r, i, 1)
Next i

End Function

USAGE: =Ex(A1)

In that case, it can't be done with a formula. Your only option is to use the UDF I posted.
