I have a user form that dumps data into a sheet. at a future date a supervisor will type yes in an approved column if they approve the request. once they make the change in column F to "YES" i need to extract the data from that row so the data is columns A-E in the same row where F had the change. for now lets just say id like to dump that info into sheet2 but only if and when column F has a yes typed into it.

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
How about
Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
   If Target.CountLarge > 1 Then Exit Sub
   If Target.Column <> 6 Then Exit Sub
   If LCase(Target.Value) = "yes" Then
      Target.EntireRow.Copy Sheets("Sheet2").Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1)
   End If
End Sub
This needs to go in the "data" sheet module
