F12 suddenly stopped working

Any ideas how this could have happened?

I'm on Excel 2002 (at work), and I can no longer "Save As" with F12.

Apparently there is no panel where I can set or reset custom shortcut keys...

Could someone fooling with macros have caused this?

If so, how do I reset everything and delete any macros that are hanging around?

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
