Hello,

I have a spreadsheet with about 800 rows in 7 different sheets, the formatting isn't correct in a lot of them.

They should have line breaks but because I removed formatting, they just display a long line of text without the line break, unless I go into the cell and press F2.

I tried to click one cell to format it to text but this didn't change it, is there anything that I can do to refresh the cells en masse instead of going into each and every individual one?

The highlighted one is what it should look like, the two cells below show what it looks like without me going into it and clicking F2.

Thanks for your help!

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
What happens if you select the whole column & set 'Wrap Text'?
