Faster way to add data series with individual X and Y series?

Hi all,

I am now struggling with data series where each of them has different X and Y data. By default, if you drag and high-light a branch of data, Excel will assume that the left most column is X-series while all the rest is Y-series.

If you want to add data series with individual X and Y data, you will need to go through the "Add data series" option for each of them. For 100s or 1000s of data series, I will go crazy.

Can anyone suggest a better way to do?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Create a data series in the X or Y (for this example lets say it's the X)
Create a second data series in X, but it represents the second series of the Y
Select both of the existing data series and drag them in the Y
