Hello! I am hoping some brilliant minds can help me out here. I am working on a Excel forecast model that will be constantly updated as we forecast and re-forecast expected company revenue. I can easily do versus static target and versus static LY. However, what I also really want is to somehow display "versus previous forecast". How can I automate this (without having team members save hundreds of different versions).

For example: In week 5 my end of year forecast might be $1000
In week 6 I have removed/added/changed a few items and my forecast now totals $2000
How can I best show the $1K variance (and ideally where it came from)

Does that make sense?
Thanks so much.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
