File Maker Pro and Excel

Is there a way or a formula that would import data from Filemaker pro directly into excel. Wondering if there was some type of formula or a way to map the data so that when the excel file is launched it would automatically import specific data from File maker

Doesn't FileMaker Pro have an ODBC driver which you can use to create a query table with MSQuery?
