Hi I have a macro I wrote for coworkers. it sits in one file but work on both that file and another file. You have to be in the other file when firing, so it captures that file name easily. I then need to bring data from that file into the file with the macro. I do not want the user to be required to have the same file nme so is there a way to get the file name of the file that is running the macro?

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
You can use ThisWorkbook
