File size keeps getting bigger

Hello!

I copied tables and data from several huge excel files, but reduced the actual data (in a seperate worksheet) to data only. There are only 5 spreadsheets, one page each, and they are data only; yet the entire file is 10.4 megs. Does excel save the memory from the copied documents? Can anyone shed any light as to why my file is so massive. I can't email it because of its size and it needs to go out this afternoon so i'm having a little mini freak out. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks! That worked perfectly! It dropped down to 314KB after I deleted all the empty rows.
