FILE tab in Excel 2010

In the book "TEACH YOURSELF VISUALLY MICROSOFT EXCEL 2010", they show a FILE tab in the UL corner of the spreadsheet. But there is no FILE tab that I can find on my actual 2010 spreadsheet.

Where can I find it ?

It should be just to the left of the Home tab and is green - see http://vimeo.com/11795389

The only thing to the left of the HOME tab is a circle with the 4 flag MicroSoft logo in it which when left clicked results in a table list "Recent Documents"

The way you describe the FILE tab as being green and to the left of the HOME tab is as it is pictured in the book I cited , but not on my spreadsheet.

That sounds like you have Excel 2007, not 2010.
