How do you get a note to appear over the top of an Excel worksheet, such as "File Copy" or "To Be Filed"? Thanks!

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
What do you mean by "a note"?

Right-click the cell then go Insert Comment?

Sorry, I did not express the question clearly. :(

I figured it out, in Excel 2003 it's Insert.... WordArt.
