I am trying to auto populate a table based on certain values being selected/tick boxes being checked. There are 26 possible entries and I want my results table to populate from the top down, based on which ones are ticked.

I can link the check boxes to a lookup table to return TRUE/FALSE whether the box is ticked or not, but I can't then use a simple VLOOKUP to return TRUE values as this would be on a row-by-row basis and therefore leave gaps in my results table for the items that are FALSE.
I had a look at seeing if INDEX MATCH would work, but I can't see how to get this to populate from the top down in my results table so that only he boxes that are ticked are displayed, without gaps. The same for a multitude of nested IF functions.

I'm sure there is a way to do this without using VBA but I just don't know how!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
