Fill in blank rows until the next row with data is found

I have the following table below

A B
Signal Make
X1_tanam
X2_Sugar
X3_Sipol
Pranal V1- Someone
V20_Anybody
V22_ Sajeda

A is column A and B is column B , I have trouble in figuring a macro that will copy through 'Signal' from A2 to A4 and A5 to A7.
The macro should determine the last row in column B and start filling column A as above from the A2. Then Macro should then extract in column C and D the X1 and tanam separately and also delete the rows with no values in it
This looks to complicated to reason in a macro term
