Filter a table

I have a table of invoices that occupies A4:M1168. Several times per day I need to look at the invoices that are tied to specific properties. Right now I have to click the drop down in the table header cell and go to text filters/contains, and then type in the name of the project I'm looking for. Not the end of the world but it's a pain.

What I'd like to do though is to be able to type a name into say A2 and then click a "search" button that would filter the results for me. I'd want it set up so that in A2 I wouldn't have to type an exact match, but instead could just do a few letters (like I currently do in the text filters/contains dialogue box) and have it find all entries in that column that matched my search field.

Is this possible? Thanks in advance

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
