Hello!

I have Excel workbook with the acquisition processes from a factory, attached in the link Copy of Aprovizioneaza materiale - Fabrica rev. 3.xlsx. The first file maps all activities as a workflow. The next sheets detail a lot of the other elements (inputs, outputs, deliverables etc.), specific to each activity. It’s just a part from the larger process of manufacturing. Giving the large amount of data, I need to structure and analyze them in specific steps / points, individually or integrated in one specific path from the flowchart. My question is whether it’s any Excel tool, able to structure, filter and show separately only a (pre)defined path / mix of activities (as shown, for example, in the flowchart diagram by the grey colored path), excluding the other ones from analysis or marking them as inactive. Microsoft Data Visualizer (Office 365) add-on would be a very good tool for integrating also databases and flowcharts in Excel. Unfortunately, I have only Office 2019 and don’t know this add-on able to execute the filter task too.

Thank you!
