Hi. My worksheet has three different formulas in the same column. Can I somehow filter this column by formula? Thanks.

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Yes. I am using the column in a concantenation. So there are three different formulas that produce different results within the same column. I really need to keep the formulas visable when I highlight the cells so I can track my work but it would be very beneficial if I could filter down that column strictly by one of the three formulas. Hope this makes sense.

if you know a little vba

Paste the following into a new module

Code:
Public Function CellFunc(meme As Range) As String
On Error Resume Next
CellFunc = ""
If meme.HasFormula Then
   CellFunc = meme.Formula
End If

End Function

Then compile
and then save

in the spreadsheet Use it as

=CellFunc(A1)
it returns, as text, the formula in A1
