Filter cells by color

Hello,

I want to be able to use the autofilter in Excel 2003 to filter cells by the color of the cells.

I know this can be performed in Excel 2007, but I want to do it in Excel 2003.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

As far as I am aware there is no way to do this natively in 2003. It will take a UDF and a helper column.

This will hide all rows where column A is not RED and the second Sub un-hides them.

A User Defined Function that brings me the number of color from the cell.... after that, just sort the data by number (color)....

Simple and elegant!!
