Currently have an excel sheet with 100+ names, a job course, start date of course, and end date of course.

I would like to filter to see who is currently doing a particular job course. Individuals are required to do at least 3 job courses so a basic filter does not work in this situation since it can't account for courses that have been completed (based on End Date)

NameCourse #1Stat DateEnd DateCourse #2Start DateEnd Date

I do have cells conditionally formatted green, if End Date is >TODAY(). But I think a filter indicating the name of the "Course" and "End Date" may be easier to apply.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
What exactly are you trying to filter? You said you would like to filter to see who is currently doing a particular job - does that mean highlight all names that are doing "Logistics", for example?

correct. If possible, I would prefer to hide all cells that do not meet criteria, since the list is very large.
